If you’re anything like me then you’re a very visual person. This could be in part because I have ADHD but I know many others who aren’t but are also profoundly visual learners and doers.

This means that I’m more apt to accomplish or learn something if there is a visual component that goes along with it.
Reaching a goal is no exception to the rule. If I can have some kind of visual then I’m more apt to reach that goal with less frustrations or missed days. This is more so true when my goal is around developing better habits.
Does this sound like you? If so, then I’ve got just the thing you’re looking for. It’s called the “Challenge Tracker 5,000”
Yes, I just went full blown infomercial on you and no it’s not called the challenge tracker 5,000, I just couldn’t help myself.
Ok, but all kidding aside these Challenge Trackers will help you reach your goal no matter what it is. They give you that visual aspect that helps you not only track your progress but boost your sense of accomplishment along the way.
Do you make a to do list? Ok now do you add something to your to do list that’s already done just so you can have the satisfaction of crossing it off? Yep, same here.

When we get to mark something off our to do list it gives us a sense of accomplishment and motivates us to keep going, making us more productive. The challenge trackers work the same way. Each day you complete your challenge you get to mark off 1 circle. Each time you mark one off it will give you that little rush of dopamine that in turn motivates you to keep going.
These challenge trackers can be used for adults and kids alike.
For 2021 my husband and I are focusing on health. So, to kick start that we decided to start with a 30 day challenge to exercise every single day. No time frames, workout regimens, or tracking inches lost etc. Our focus is to just get our body moving every single day. I’m sure as the year goes on and the more challenges we do, we’ll increase the difficulty of the challenge.
Our kids are using them as well. My oldest daughter has a goal to become a better artist so her goal for 2021 is to draw one picture every single day. This seems like a lot at first so we broke it up into bite size pieces for her to have an easier time managing it. This means she will be doing about twelve 30 day challenges.

Honestly if she didn’t have this visual to see how many days she has already accomplished, I’m not sure she would want to keep going. She gets so excited every day she draws and gets to go color another circle on her tracker.
My middle child’s goal for 2021 is to be able to ride her bike with no help. Actually her goal is to get a dirt bike but we told her she has to be able to ride a normal bike before we buy her a dirt bike. Yes my 4 year old daughter is obsessed with dirt bikes and motorcycles. The funny thing is, she has been since she was 2 and for the last two birthdays that is the only thing she has asked for.
Anyway, I digress. So, her goal is to ride 2x a week all year. For her she has a 4-week challenge tracker with 2 out of the 7 days blank.

These Challenge Trackers are so versatile and I’ve made multiple versions so you can use the one that first your needs and goal perfectly. If you need help coming up with some ideas then check out my list below.
Challenge to…
- Stick to Your Schedule
- Exercise
- Drink X Ounces of Water
- Practice a Hobby
- Work Towards Your Dream Business X Hours a Day
- Read for X Minutes Every Day
- Practice Something You Struggle With
- Do 1 Self Care Activity
And so on and so on……
You get the idea.
The other day I decided that I needed another challenge tracker to keep track of my progress of staying on my schedule. This is super hard for my ADHD brain and I’m trying to get a handle on it. The thing is, I didn’t want to take up more room on our already packed fridge so I created a double challenge tracker. That way I can keep track of 2 goals on just 1 sheet of paper.

I don’t highly recommend this, especially if you’re not use to setting and achieving goals in some way. I’d recommend focusing on 1 thing and 1 thing only until you successfully accomplish that challenge then go to 2.
So, go grab your Free Challenge Trackers and start crushing your goals.
